WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF HIRING AMELIORATE CAREGIVING STAFF?
All nurses and caregivers recruited by Ameliorate staffing agency need to fulfill our skills and experience
criteria before they can be interviewed and processed further.
An employment offer is made only after the satisfactory completion of a civilian background check
and/or drug test according to the place of work’s testing criteria.
The applicant would need to finish the finalization process upon recruitment. This approach would
ensure that all federal, state and local enforcement information has been fulfilled and ensure that the
applicant knows the policies and procedures. Before beginning work, the applicant will be required to
complete all the necessary documentation and will be provided an opportunity to ask any questions
about the recruitment process and the new job.
Every employee on probation is employed for a pre-determined number of hours. To support both our
employee and their future employer (client) and see how well our employees can fit into their
environment, these hours are regarded as a trial period.
The employee will be assessed regarding participation, actions, and performance during this period.
Reviews would be made by the prospective employer’s recruiting supervisor. If the work arrangement is
not acceptable for one or both parties for any reason, the employment contract can be terminated at
any time. If a decision is made to hire the employee after the probationary period, the employee will be
entered into the payroll and will become a permanent employee.
